Energy Star© and Title 24 Coatings
Our reflective coatings can be used as a surface on new, or existing, built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems. They are also used to surface aged single-ply, metal and spray polyurethane foam roofs. They are designed to meet the high stress requirements of today’s roofing membranes. Our elastomeric reflective coatings are energy saving and highly durable. They protect the roofing membrane by stopping the UV degradation and reducing the “thermal shock” that all roof membranes experience.
Look for the Energy Star© symbol on the label of our reflective coating products. It means the product meets Energy Star guidelines for energy efficiency and savings. Our white acrylic elastomeric coating can be produced in colors to aid in the aesthetics of building exteriors.
In addition to white we also produce coatings in colors that meet California Title 24 and Energy Star© requirements.
